Ugh! We didn't pull this one together
Sometimes we aren’t able to come to an agreement with the buyer. If so, it’s disappointing, but the best thing we can do is move on quickly and look forward. We’ll continue with showings, open houses, marketing, etc.
I find that losing the buyer during the negotiations is better than losing them later in the contract. There is another buyer out there - we just need to find them.
