Not All Offers are Great Offers!
Ugh! We didn’t pull this one together
Sometimes we aren’t able to come to an agreement with a buyer. If so, it’s disappointing, but the best thing we can do is move on quickly and look forward. We’ll continue with showings, open houses, marketing, etc.
I find that losing the buyer during the negotiations is better than losing them later in the contract. There is another buyer out there – we just need to find them.
Let’s go find a better Buyer!!
