Both parties have accepted the terms of the contract and signed it!
Now we move on to the next process steps.
I will send the contract to escrow to be reviewed. The buyer will be delivering the earnest money to escrow within the next 24-48 business hours.
I will also be changing the status in the MLS from active to pending, pending inspection or contingent depending on the terms of the contract. If the home is contingent then you will still be showing the home to prospective buyers. If you are pending or pending inspection then all showings need to be canceled and no more to be scheduled.
